Standard Commercial Use License
 

Our Commercial/No Credit License's allow you to use our clip art in up to 25, 50 or Unlimited units of commercial projects, depending on the License you purchase.
 

Your receipt will serve as your license. This listing does not include any clip art. You'll need to purchase the images you would like to use separately! 

 Discount codes DO NOT APPLY to licenses purchases - you can purchase your things separately with the discount codes, and to buy their licenses in separate order

*Return orders (applies to physical merchandise only) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns on discontinued items OR SALES FINAL ITEMS. No returns accepted without original packaging. Items, that are refused by the customer upon delivery are also subject to this fee as well. 

*Canadian customers please allow up to 21 business days for orders to arrive.

*International customers please allow up to 30 business days for orders to arrive overseas.

*KLM Designs is not responsible for customs, VAT, or any duty or tax added once the package arrives to your country. We will not put any other value on your package other than the actual value of the merchandise.

How do I receive my digital images?

• Images are sent via email. It is recommended to save your files in a safe place for future use. 

Are images colored?

• The digital stamps are not colored and many do not have details as shown in the sample cards. They are intentionally left this was so crafters can detail as desired. 

Do you have pre colored images?

• We are currently adding pre colored images due to many request.

Why does it say 1-2 days to get order ready to ship from order date?

• We are a small business and orders for the most part are filled same day.

Do you do custom orders?

• We do take request for special images. We do ask to give us at least 2 weeks to work on. 

Are digital images refundable?

• Digital images are non refundable due to the instant download nature. If there is an issue with the download  we will do our best to help fix the issue. 

Do you have freebies?

• Occasionally we have freebies. Generally we will post on our blog or facebook page. We also sponsor challenges where you could possible win a credit for images.
